World Relief University (WRU) is your gateway to learning at World Relief and is available to all staff around the world. Your personal growth and development is intrinsically connected to the achievement of our mission “to boldly engage the world’s greatest crises in partnership with the church”. The course catalog contains an assortment of courses, from leading educational institutions and online learning providers, to those created by your World Relief colleagues.

How do I create an account for World Relief University?
Submit a request in our HR Quick Assist form.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
Click on Login and then click on Reset My Password. Enter your username (World Relief email address) to receive an email with a link to complete the reset process. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your Junk/Spam folders.

How can I change my password?
After logging in, click on the User Profile button on the top right (the silhouette of a person), this will give you options to change your personal settings including your password.

How do I find a course that was assigned to me?
Once logged in, you can review the courses you are currently enrolled in by doing any of the following:

  • Click the Learning Center tab on the far left menu bar. Then click My Learning.
  • Click on Not Started in red font inside the Completion Status window.
  • Find the course listed under the Enrollments window.

How do I access my learning history?
Click the Learning Center tab on the far left menu bar. Then click My Learning History to see a list of the classes you’ve already taken.

Are the courses free?
All the courses are free, with the exception of courses provided by Cegos, Skillsoft, and Speexx. These have a cost of $5, which is billed to our organization when the course is launched, whether it is completed or not.
